slow down, connect with nature, and engage your senses mindfully.

As we embark on this journey through the forest, you will have the opportunity to embody your environment through the use of your five senses – sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste.

Whether you choose to meet at a location of your choice or explore the unbridled nature in Flag Pond, TN, each step taken in the forest is a step towards inner peace and rejuvenation. The healing powers of nature will surround you, offering a sense of calm and clarity that can only be found in the great outdoors. One-on-one guided walks provide a personalized experience tailored to your needs, while small group walks of up to 20 people offer a shared journey of self-discovery and connection.

Join me on a guided forest therapy walk and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the beauty and serenity of the forest. Embrace the stillness, listen to the whispers of nature, and let the transformative power of the forest guide you on a path towards healing and renewal.

Plan on at least an hour and a half for your wanderings. However, if time is on your side, your session can last up to 2 1/2 hours.

I encourage you to dress appropriately for the weather. Summer can be fairly predictable and we may experience rain. Fall, Winter, and Spring can challenge us with cooler or hotter than average temperatures than expected. Layers are a great way to start.

Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and good walking shoes. I’ll do the rest to help you relax and enjoy.
